Our US locations include:

• East Granby, CT
• East Hartford, CT
• Lansing, MI
• West Chester, OH

• Operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling and/or turning machines
• Run multiple machines simultaneously as part of manufacturing cells or machining centers
• Machine hard metals such as Inconel, titanium, and stainless steel
• Load parts and fixtures using hoists and safely position work pieces in machines
• Make program-required offsets and adjustments using Fanuc controls
• Read and interpret CNC programs at the machine
• Set up tools using tool sheets and ensure proper configuration
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience setting up and changing over jobs on CNC equipment
• Ability to read English and interpret symbols on operation sheets
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work collaboratively
• Proficiency in mathematics and calculator use
• Experience making offsets at the machine
• Ability to read and understand CNC programs
• Experience setting up and using machining tools and fixtures
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment, including gauges, swing gauges, calipers, and micrometers
• Familiarity with right-angle head operations
• Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Ability to work within tight tolerances (thousandths of an inch)

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience operating CNC multi-axis milling machines
