This position is located in Ogden, UT, a city known for its rich history, stunning mountain views, and a vibrant arts scene.
Responsibilities- Perform equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to uphold quality standards.
- Support vendor coordination and monitor external work.
- Respond to urgent equipment issues during off-hours as needed.
- Applicants must be currently enrolled or willing to enroll in the Automated Maintenance Mechanic (AMM) program at OWATC or Bridgerland. Applicants who have completed the AMM program will receive priority.
- Prior mechanical experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLC logic, and Allen Bradley software.
- Ability to read schematics (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment.
- Flexible to work in varying conditions and shifts.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety standards.
