Operate a motor grader to precisely level and shape earth materials to achieve desired grade lines and cross-sections;
Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment including loaders, back hoes, track hoes, haul trucks, and other equipment as needed;
Detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly;
Complete daily pre-shift and post-shift inspections and routine maintenance on the equipment;
Coordinate with other crew members and assist foreperson/plant management as required
