Pack Operator - Rotating Shift

Shift Schedule

Rotating 12‑hour shift from days to nights on a monthly basis. 7:00AM–7:00PM and 7:00PM–7:00PM. Week1:
Mon – Off;
Tues/Wed – On;
Thur/Fri – Off;
Sat/Sun – On. Week2:
Mon – On;
Tues/Wed – Off;
Thur/Fri – On;
Sat/Sun – Off.

Full‑time Production Associate – Pack Operator.

• Operate pack equipment and process products.
• Perform packing, sanitation duties and maintain food safety requirements.
• Rotate through positions and shifts across the plant as needed.

• Customer‑focused mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, with a can‑do attitude.
• Adaptable to varied work areas and shift schedules.
• Emphasis on safety and pride in work.

• Ascend/descend stairs and ladders, climb and step extensions.
• Lift up to 50lbs and exert 20lbs of force.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching.
• Work in indoor/outdoor conditions, heat, cold, dust, loud noise; use PPE.
