Under the supervision of the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Lead Controls Technician, the Bulk Systems Technician will be responsible for assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical automated and bulk delivery systems. This position will be on 3rd Shift, 11:00pm to 7:00am, Monday through Friday. Pay starts at $36.80.

• Complete monthly PM of bulk delivery and scaling systems
• Troubleshoot process issues with on‑the‑job training using PLC or relay logic
• Knowledge of instrumentation:
  Transducers, RTDs, Thermocouples, etc.
• VFD replacement and programming
• Responsible for food safety, food quality and food defense
• Other duties as assigned

• Work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn new job‑related responsibilities
• Must be flexible to work varying hours and required overtime
• Must maintain timely and regular attendance

This position does not have direct reports.

• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Education:
  
  HS Diploma, trade school/technical training desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail a must
