The Pictsweet Company is seeking a Production Lead for the 2ND SHIFT at our Ogden, UT frozen vegetable packaging facility. You will monitor and coordinate the production process and direct 4-7 employees on each line.
The role requires training, planning, assigning work, performance evaluation, and resolving issues, while upholding safety and quality standards. Schedule is 3:30 PM - 2:15 AM, and bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
