CNC Machinist Join Relentless Machining Compensation:
Starting at $25.00/hour, with higher pay based on experience, skill level, and the value you bring to the team.

We're looking for more than someone who can run a machine—we're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft.

At Relentless Machining, we believe great machinists don't just make parts to print. They care about quality, solve problems, continue learning, and help the entire team succeed. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

Who You Are

You understand that quality isn't just measured with inspection equipment—it's something you can see. You produce parts that you're proud of and would be willing to put your own name on.

You don't wait to be told what to do. You stay productive, look for opportunities to improve processes, and take ownership of your work without constant supervision.

You're a teammate. You willingly share your knowledge, help others succeed, and understand that the company's success is everyone's success.

You have a growth mindset. You're confident in your abilities but always willing to learn something new, consider another perspective, and offer constructive feedback.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of CNC machining experience
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprint specifications
  • Understanding of materials, cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and their effect on tool life
  • Proficiency using precision inspection equipment to verify parts accurately
  • Experience programming and optimizing CNC toolpaths
  • Ability to independently develop creative and efficient work holding and setup strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to clearly explain machining processes and mentor others when needed
  • Experience, or a willingness to learn, multiple CNC controls and machine platforms, including multi-axis mills and lathes
  • Understanding of the differences between prototype machining and production machining
Why Relentless Machining?

We're building more than a machine shop—we're building a company where great people can do great work.

Our business has experienced significant year-over-year growth, and we're just getting started. We invest in new technology, pursue challenging work, and continuously expand into new industries.

We believe our employees matter just as much as our customers. Quality, integrity, and continuous improvement come before short-term gains. We want people who take ownership, care about their work, and want to grow alongside the company.

You'll have the opportunity to make an impact, help shape our processes, and grow as we grow. This isn't just another machining job—it's an opportunity to build a career with a company that values craftsmanship and initiative.

We're called Relentless Machining for a reason. If the word relentless describes the way you approach your work, then you may be exactly who we're looking for.

Apply today and help us build something exceptional.
