About YouIn one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
Your JobOperating a machine that produces top‑notch products for a quarter of the world’s population. You will be running technologically advanced, high‑speed manufacturing equipment and collaborating with new or junior team members to do their best work safely. You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly‑Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.
Qualifications- Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Have a high‑school diploma, GED or equivalent certificate accredited by a state or the U.S. Department of Education.
- Have at least 1 year of continuous work experience.
- Can maintain a work schedule of 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- Can pass a pre‑employment assessment and a pre‑employment drug and background screening.
- Can pass a post‑offer or pre‑hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).

CompensationStarting hourly wage: $25.04 USD. This position is eligible for overtime pay and potential pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including 401(k) and Profit‑Sharing plan. The stated pay rate applies to U.S. locations only.
