Welder

As a Welder, you will be responsible for producing sound welds across various material grades using multiple welding techniques. You will work closely with our team to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure every project meets our quality standards. Whether you are a seasoned fabricator looking for a stable home with a great work-life balance, or a newly certified welder eager to launch your career under the guidance of experienced professionals, we have a spot for you.

Pay: $20.00- $21.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (Enjoy 3-day weekends!).

• Welding Operations:
  Perform Mig, Tig, and stick welding.
• Material Preparation:
  Hand cut metals accurately and consistently using oxyfuel or plasma torches.
• Safety & Organization:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all U.S.F.F. safety regulations and policies.
• Operational Support:
  Follow oral instructions for specific tasks and execute any other duties assigned by management.
• Documentation:
  Learn and follow all standard operating procedures (S.O.P.s).

No Degree Required

1-4 years

• Technical Proficiency:
  Ability to produce sound welds in most grades of material.
• Certifications:
  
  Must be able to pass AWS D 1.1 weld certification.
• Measurement & Interpretation:
  Proficiency in reading a tape measure and interpreting welding symbols.
• Tool Ownership:
  You must provide your own tape measure, combination square, welding helmet, adjustable wrench, and toolbox (leathers are optional).
