Lift Operator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 18.50 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:30am)
  • Mandatory Training

    Schedule:

    The first two weeks will be on a day shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, before transitioning to the graveyard schedule. This is a crucial week-long training period.
  • Operate Sit Down and Stand Up forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Navigate and operate lift equipment within a drive-in racking system, which requires a higher level of precision and skill compared to front-load racking.
  • Utilize RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking, picking, and put-away tasks.
  • Perform repetitive lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Lift Operator

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating forklifts.
  • Proficient in the use of RF scanners.
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting of 25 lbs and occasional lifting of 50 lbs.
  • Must own and wear steel-toed safety shoes.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Previous experience operating forklifts within a drive-in racking system.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
