Lift Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:30am)
- Mandatory Training
Schedule:
The first two weeks will be on a day shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, before transitioning to the graveyard schedule. This is a crucial week-long training period. - Operate Sit Down and Stand Up forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Navigate and operate lift equipment within a drive-in racking system, which requires a higher level of precision and skill compared to front-load racking.
- Utilize RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking, picking, and put-away tasks.
- Perform repetitive lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Lift Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating forklifts.
- Proficient in the use of RF scanners.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting of 25 lbs and occasional lifting of 50 lbs.
- Must own and wear steel-toed safety shoes.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience operating forklifts within a drive-in racking system.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
