Parker Hannifin is seeking a primary resource to lead the plant's lean transformation through the Parker Lean System (PLS). This role delivers practical, hands-on training in PLS methods and uses the site Win Scorecard and Lean Journey assessments to track progress.
You will ensure full education of employees, align resources for the lean transformation, provide leadership to the site staff, and report results to the division lean manager as part of Parker's continuous improvement program.
