Responsibilities- Assist in the manufacturing and finishing of high-performance waterskis
- Prepare materials and components for ski production
- Sanding, assembly, packaging, and quality control
- Pull and organize inventory
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Support general shop and production operations as needed
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with hands and using tools
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
