Position: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Duties

Help

  • Accomplish intimal planning functions to include production planning, manufacturing planning, and methods improvement.
  • Develop/revise standards to include the following tasks; develop labor, material equipment, and facility standards for shop workloads.
  • Develop, file, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for all workloads.
  • Support the Planning Chief, Exchangeable Production Support Chief and Fixer in production meetings and assist in identifying significant planning issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and coordination on unusual technical problems encountered during the production cycle.
  • Coordinate with the responsible production shop manager on determining the level and location of tracking points in the Inventory Tracking System (ITS).
