Tree House Foods is seeking a Dough Lead for the Ogden Plant on the day shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays). The Production Lead will oversee packing line staff, ensure efficient production flow, proper packaging, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will manage staffing, train new employees, coach performance, maintain GMPs, and keep a clean, safe production area while ensuring food safety and quality requirements are met.
