Spirax-Sarco Engineering’s Lean Manager (Vulcanic) role drives Continuous Improvement and builds the Operational Excellence framework across the Americas. You will embed Lean principles, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable gains in manufacturing sites.
You will lead CI workshops, coach site teams, and collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to standardize practices and capture savings against targets. Travel 1-2 times/month is required.
