ResourceMFG is Now Hiring Encapsulation Machine Operators in Ogden
Job Summary:
Join a growing vitamin manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality nutritional supplements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Shifts:
Days: 5am-1:30pm M-F $17/hr
Swings: 1pm-9:30pm M-F $18/hr
Graves: 9pm-5:30am S- T $18.50/hr
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and adjust encapsulation machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout production runs.
- Perform routine machine inspections and minor troubleshooting.
- Accurately complete production paperwork and batch records.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct product checks to ensure capsule weight, appearance, and quality standards are met.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas between batches.
- Work closely with Quality Control and Production teams to meet daily production goals.
- Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
