Job Title

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed recipes and formulations, ensuring use of correct and current revision numbers.
• Communicate effectively with staging personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ingredients to the raw prep area.
• Verify ingredient codes and descriptions to confirm alignment with the recipe or formulation.
• Accurately weigh ingredients using balance scales and other measuring equipment.
• Complete batch sheets with correct lot numbers and ingredient codes; apply proper labels using provided stickers.
• Clean and sanitize the weighing and prep areas at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Monitor and perform required checks and quality analyses on raw materials and finished products to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Adhere to all health, occupational, environmental, and food safety regulations and company policies.
• Comply with all aspects of the company's Integrated Management Systems (Production, Quality, Food Safety, GMP, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a food production environment preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Basic math skills essential for accurate measurement and documentation.
• Proficient in basic computer use (data entry, inventory tracking, etc.).
• Forklift license required or willingness to obtain one.
