Job Description:

About the Role:

The Forklift Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and supporting warehouse operations while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will add value by performing the following duties including but not limited to:

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods to assigned areas

Ensure FIFO procedures are followed and maintain accuracy of incoming, outgoing, and in-process inventory

Accurately label pallets, perform cycle counts, and update inventory in the system using RF scan guns Consolidate and segregate inventory, including partial pallets and allergen products, as required

Assist with disposition of non-salable product and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness

Support production line supply and proper storage of materials

Follow all food safety, food quality, and food defense policies, and perform other duties as assigned

Important Details:
This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

Pay:
Starting at $24.86/Hr.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

High School Diploma or GED1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment

Minimum 2 years forklift experience and a valid Utah Driver’s License Basic math skills and basic computer skills; experience with handheld scanners (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills
