The Marketing Deposit Product Specialist is responsible for the strategy and promotion of the Credit Union’s deposit products. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure deposit products are clearly communicated, competitively positioned, and consistently represented across all marketing channels.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- $20.25 per hour + Bonus + Incentive
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for all deposit products.
- Support product launches, enhancements, and promotions.
- Ensure deposit product content is accurate and consistent across website, email, digital banking, and branch channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and partners.
- Manage direct mail campaigns from concept through execution.
- Develop and maintain website and email content related to deposit products.
- Coordinate printed materials for branch retail, events, and direct mail.
- Create and support newsletter and blog content.
- Assist with media coordination and analysis (TV, radio, online, newspaper, etc.).
- Track and analyze campaign and product performance to support ongoing improvements.
- Support sponsor ships and related event marketing efforts.
- Ensure deposit marketing materials comply with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
- Support member education initiatives related to deposit products and financial wellness.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
- High school diploma.
- An existing college student, or recent college graduate, pursuing a career and/or education in marketing, digital media, public relations, communications, and/or advertising.
- Previous marketing experience is preferred.
