We’re seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth and elevate brand visibility through innovative, data‑driven digital marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with performance marketing and wants to make a measurable impact on revenue and business growth.
You’ll work closely with marketing leadership and collaborate across sales and product to deliver multi‑channel campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high‑quality prospects.
What You’ll Do- Plan and execute multi‑channel demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, and content syndication to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
- Manage day‑to‑day digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, social advertising, and email automation.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and attribution reporting.
- Partner closely with sales to align campaigns with account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies and key sales initiatives.
- Own reporting and analytics for demand generation, delivering insights on ROI, CPL, and pipeline contribution.
- Coordinate with external agencies for paid media execution and creative development.
- Support webinars and virtual events, including promotion, registration, and post‑event follow‑up campaigns.
- Maintain and improve website performance to maximize lead capture and conversion.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation.
- Hands‑on experience with paid media, SEO, email marketing, and webinars.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
- Bonus: Experience with ABM strategies and B2B, SaaS, or professional services marketing.
- $75,000–$95,000 base + performance bonus
