Role Overview
Sodexo Campus is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist 2 (District Marketing Manager) to lead marketing, consumer experience, and growth initiatives at Weber State University
, located in Ogden, UT
, while supporting additional campuses throughout the region. This position serves as the strategic marketing leader responsible for driving voluntary meal plan sales, retail revenue growth, student engagement, consumer satisfaction, and brand deployment.
The District Marketing Manager works closely with General Managers, District Managers, Operations Leaders, Client Partners, and student teams to create meaningful experiences that strengthen campus dining participation and improve the student experience. This role combines strategic planning, relationship management, data analysis, experiential marketing, digital marketing, and hands‑on execution.

What You’ll Do- Lead a marketing team that includes a Marketing Unit Coordinator, Graphic Artist, and Marketing Intern, and work with managers, clients, the District Manager, and Vice President in all matters related to marketing, to help establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship
- Be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all marketing activities throughout the enterprise, through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline employees
