Business Development & Marketing Manager

Unrivaled is seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead our business development, marketing, and communications efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is an exceptional writer, a skilled communicator, and passionate about helping tell the story of transformative museum and experiential projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, managing proposal development, and maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence across all communications channels.

• Identify and track new project opportunities in the museum, cultural, educational, and experiential design markets.
• Coordinate and manage responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement opportunities.
• Develop qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and interview materials.
• Maintain CRM databases, opportunity pipelines, and client contact information.
• Support client relationship management and business development activities.
• Coordinate conference participation, networking events, and industry outreach efforts.

• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring project information, news, and content remain current.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Create newsletters, press releases, marketing materials, and company announcements.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Manage advertising, sponsor ships, and promotional initiatives.

• Write compelling narratives about Unrivaled's projects, capabilities, team members, and achievements.
• Develop project case studies and portfolio materials.
• Gather project information from internal teams and clients to create engaging content.
• Maintain and organize project photography, videos, project data, awards, and supporting materials.
• Assist leadership in communicating the company's vision, expertise, and unique value proposition.

• Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Support the development of marketing strategies that strengthen Unrivaled's position within the museum and experiential design industry.
• Collaborate with project teams to highlight accomplishments and promote project successes.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, communications, proposal management, or a related role.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing RFP responses, proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing collateral.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience managing websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with Google platform and marketing/design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Photography, videography, graphic design, or content creation experience is a plus.
• Experience in architecture, exhibit design, museums, construction, or related industries is highly desirable.
