Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Help tell the story of Northern Utah's home building industry.

The Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association (NWHBA) is looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Marketing & Communications Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and help showcase the incredible people, homes, and businesses that make up our industry.

Flexible Part-Time Schedule | Approximately 20–25 hours per week

• Manage and grow NWHBA's social media platforms
• Capture and create engaging photo, video, and written content
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva (Adobe experience is a plus)
• Write bi-weekly newsletters, emails, and member communications
• Update website content and promote upcoming events
• Highlight member businesses, sponsors, and community partnerships
• Coordinate photography, videography, and event promotion
• Assist with media outreach and press releases
• Track marketing performance and bring fresh ideas to the table

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong eye for design and branding
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Comfortable creating Reels and short‑form video
• Proficient with Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus)
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends during major events
