The Public & School Partnership (PSP) is an Ameri Corps-funded nonprofit organization based at the Utah State University Institute for Disability Research, Policy & Practice in Logan, Utah. PSP builds partnerships between schools, nonprofit organizations, local institutions, and community members to address barriers impacting individuals and families experiencing poverty.

Through this project, PSP partners with Little Lambs, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing diaper insecurity by providing diapers and essential baby supplies to low-income families and families experiencing financial hardship in Cache Valley. Many families struggle to afford diapers, a necessary but often inaccessible expense that is not covered by most assistance programs. The Little Lambs VISTA will strengthen the organization’s long-term capacity by developing sustainable systems, community partnerships, resource development strategies, and organizational tools that improve access to essential resources and help Little Lambs continue serving families in need.
