Job Summary

Interventional Radiology RN Clinical Supervisor – responsible for the day‑to‑day activities in the Interventional Radiology (IR) department. The role works closely with the Manager of Imaging Services, the IR coordinator, staff and physicians to ensure optimal patient care, safety, and comfort during peri‑procedure stays. The position reports to the Director of Imaging Services and operates primarily within the Medical Imaging Department at OMRC, providing service across all imaging modalities.

Occasional travel may be required for educational meetings and lectures.

• Provide quality patient care during peri‑procedure stays, assessing safety, comfort, physiological and psychological needs.

• Collaborate with radiologists, technologist staff, ancillary departments and physicians for coordinated patient care.

• Act with minimal supervision in a professional capacity.

• Participate in the day‑to‑day running of the IR unit and support staffing needs.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Associate’s degree required (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – American Red Cross or American Heart Association
