DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to work as independent contractors providing essential health readiness services to Military Service members. The role primarily involves working weekends with some weekdays in Utah as needed.
You will support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel, review medical records, and document interview results. Candidates should possess an active NP license and CPR/BLS Certification, with preference for those experienced in Primary Care or Urgent Care.
