• Number of Beds – 25 LDRP rooms, 4 triage rooms
• Shift for this position – 5–5 (days or nights)
• Call Expectation – none
• Staffing:
• Day Shift – 1 charge nurse, 1 triage, 6–7 labor nurses, 2–3 postpartum nurses, 1 ward clerk, 1 CNA, 1 OB Tech
• Night Shift – 1 charge nurse, 1 triage, 4–5 labor nurses, 2–3 postpartum nurses, 1 ward clerk, 1 CNA, 1 OB Tech
• Patient Ratios – Labor 1:1‑2, Postpartum 3‑4 couplets
• Equipment – EMR: CPN and Meditech

Typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Inductions, vaginal deliveries, C/S with or without tubal ligation, speculum exams

Must Have:

• Labor experience

Preferred or Nice to Have:

• AWHONN Intermediate, RNC‑EFM
• Postpartum experience
• Lactation/breastfeeding assistance
• Circulating in the OR for C/S
• Triage experience

• NRP
• STABLE
