Neonatal Nurse Practitioner; Per Diem

Overview

Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) needed for coverage near Salt Lake City, Utah. The position involves 24‑hour shifts with rounding, on‑call coverage, and support from a neonatologist.

• 24‑hour shift: 8‑hour rounding starting at 7 a.m. with on‑call for the remainder of the shift.
• Coverage within three worksites:
  Ogden Regional Medical Center (Level III NICU, ADC 17), Davis Hospital and Medical Center (Level III NICU, ADC 8‑10), and Lakeview Hospital (Level II NICU).
• Neonatologist support available as backup.

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a Master’s degree.
• Active UT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as an NNP in a hospital setting.

• Per diem staff travel expenses (round‑trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) covered for those who live outside a commutable distance.
• W‑2 employment status.

• Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO, company holidays, or other compensation.
