Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dynamic Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) in Ogden. The role is full‑time with a part‑time feel, offering care across three NICUs and a generous schedule that balances professional responsibilities with personal life.

• Approximately six 24‑hour shifts and five 7‑hour shifts per month.
• Out‑of‑hospital call model with flexibility to enjoy personal time.
• Significant time off between scheduled shifts.

The NNP will provide care across two LevelIII and one LevelII NICUs:
Ogden Regional Medical Center (high acuity, ADC ≈17), Holy Cross Hospital – Davis (mid‑volume, ADC ≈8), and Lakeview Hospital (low acuity). Collaborative, team‑based care is emphasized, with 2:1 coverage and neonatologist support.

Strong physician leadership, experienced NNP preceptors for new graduates, and a culture that encourages questions, learning, and professional growth.
