Registered Nurse

Intermountain Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you'll perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and educate patients and families while documenting in an EHR. • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across the patient continuum.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor status, and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and protocols.
• Document accurately in the EHR and maintain regulatory and safety standards.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and unit-based initiatives.
