Analyze, interpret, and act on quality data including HACCP, Net Weights, and EQA results to support continuous improvement initiatives;
Share findings with production supervision and support action plans to maintain and improve quality standards;
Audit production processes to ensure testing, quality checks, and programs are consistently followed across the shift;
Collaborate with supervisors, QA technicians, and management to ensure quality systems are effectively implemented;
Train employees on quality procedures including SPC, HACCP, AIB, charting, testing, and housekeeping standards
