Ya YA Foods USA LLC is seeking an Ingredient Hold & Release Coordinator to positively release raw materials and packaging by verifying CoA, supplier approvals, and versioning. You will coordinate in-house and third-party testing and monitor QA receiving logs in the ERP.
You will manage shelf-life extensions, communicate NCNs, issue CAPAs, and support traceability and audits while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and GMP. Reports to Sr. Quality Manager.
