Assistant Sales Manager

• Location: Furniture showroom locations (US-based)
• Compensation: $17.55/hour + commissions ($17K-$30K potential annually)

Future sales leaders support showroom operations, team development, and customer experience while gaining hands-on management experience. This developmental role prepares high-performers for General Sales Manager positions through comprehensive retail leadership training.

• Oversee daily showroom operations, sales metrics monitoring, and performance reporting
• Coach sales, guest experience, and visual teams to achieve collective success
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure service excellence standards
• Collaborate on visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in business/retail preferred
• 1+ years retail management/supervisory experience with proven sales success
• Strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and team leadership abilities
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
