• Handling all returns courteously and professionally
• Sharing current promotional events and sales with customers in the store and online
• Maintaining good housekeeping; tidying up as items come in and kids play

• High energy and enthusiasm for working with kids and families
• Strong customer service skills—can act quickly to resolve customer issues
• 1–2 years of previous retail or food experience, or is studying education, business, marketing, or a related field
• Love helping moms, dads, and families stretch their income
• Enjoy fashion for moms, kids, and babies
• Enjoy seeing an organized shelf of toys or a color‑coded closet
