Overview
As an Outfitter, you are the heart of our brand experience. You equip customers with gear and support to reach their fitness goals, create inclusive in‑store environments, build relationships with customers, teammates, and vendor partners, and support events, group runs, and training programs that foster community. You help drive store goals and support merchandising, inventory, and operations.
What You'll Do- Deliver personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals.
- Recommend and fit footwear, apparel, and gear tailored to individual needs.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive in‑store environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, teammates, and vendor partners.
- Stay current on product features, benefits, and trends.
- Support events, group runs, and training programs that build community.
- Contribute to store goals and support operations such as merchandising and inventory.
- Passionate, positive, and proactive.
- Flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in customer‑facing roles (preferred).
- Excellent communicators and standout colleagues.
- Motivated to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs and working on feet in a retail setting.
