Hourly Wage
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. $20 - $33 per hour.
Additional Compensation- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
- Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewApparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise onto the sales floor, they maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.
