Account Manager - Reddit

Market Star is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Ogden, UT, representing Reddit. The role involves working with existing advertisers and ensuring the success of those ad campaigns.

What Will You Do?
  • Lead a customer outreach process that includes calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships and providing continued account support.
  • Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on Reddit.
  • Use client‑provided and self‑guided training resources to stay up to date on product knowledge.
  • Use data to manage, review, and report on pipeline to the manager each week, including a forecast and plan to achieve targets.
  • Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM.
  • Build and manage both internal Market Star team and external client counterpart relationships.
  • Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly, quarterly, and yearly with internal Market Star peers and leadership.
  • Use data to drive planning and success both internally and externally.
  • Provide customer sentiment insights, product feedback, and key industry learnings.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
  • Strong time and project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and adapt to change.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred.
  • Previous experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology is preferred.
