About the Account Executive - Linked In:
Market Star is looking for a Account Executive to support our Linked In Marketing Solutions team. This team drives revenue growth by re-engaging and reviving dormant Small-to-Midsize Business (SMB) accounts.
Your role is to identify why previous advertisers have stopped spending, diagnose friction points, and translate their current business objectives into high-impact strategies on the Linked In platform while consistently meeting revenue goals.
Location: Ogden, UT
What Will You Do?
- Focus exclusively on reviving a portfolio of inactive SMB accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding quota expectations through new spend activation.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to re-engage 100% of your assigned book of business through consistent outreach, including phone, email, and video-call meetings.
- Identify historical barriers to spend and leverage subject matter expertise to educate former clients on new products and platform evolutions.
- Leverage various tools and processes to prioritize your book of dormant accounts based on re-activation propensity and engagement potential.
- Act as a digital media expert, translating a client's dormant marketing objectives into actionable, high-impact strategies on the Linked In Marketing Platform.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy, specifically tracking the conversion of inactive accounts to active spenders.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly client coverage, depth of engagement, and revenue targets.
- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as this growth motion evolves.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a sales, customer-facing, or high-volume outreach environment.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach (phone/email) and the resilience to navigate rejection in a cold or inactive account environment.
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels (virtual meetings, phone, and email) with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- An interest in or exposure to digital advertising; ability to learn complex ad technology and explain it in ordinary terms.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to pipeline management.
- Comfort interpreting performance data to show a non-spender the ROI potential they are currently missing.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to maintain forecasting discipline.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate change effectively.
In our commitment to our "We Care" value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:
- Structured learning and career development programs
- Mental health program
- Generous Paid Time Off policy
- Paid medical leave
- Child/Dependent care…
