The Outside Fire Alarm Sales Representative is responsible for selling new construction fire alarm systems to current and new clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and generating new business.

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Prospects, engages in cold outreach, networks, and develops territory.
• Focuses on new business generation for Test & Inspect and Monitoring services.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any post‑sale issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR one year of sales/customer experience.
• Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, self‑driven, and thrives on achieving stretch goals.

• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to travel.
