This is a newly created role!

This territory is yours to build. A wide-open market and the full backing of North America's most innovative hardscape brand.

Joining this team means stepping into a role backed by strong brand equity, best‑class products, and a culture that's committed to your growth. With world‑class training, a clear career progression path, and leadership that believes in your potential — this is a chance to build a standout sales career in one of the most exciting outdoor living markets in the country.

We’re bringing that momentum to the Mountain Region, and the person who leads this charge will play a defining role in what we build here.

Techo‑Bloc is not your average building materials company. We engineer outdoor living products that landscape contractors, designers, and homeowners can't stop specifying.

With manufacturing plants across North America and a product line that sets the standard in outdoor hardscape, we're bringing that momentum to Denver and Salt Lake City. The Mountain Region is booming. Outdoor living is exploding. The timing couldn't be better.

Why Techo‑Bloc
  • A brand pros are proud to represent — our products win awards and get specified by name. You'll walk into rooms with instant credibility.
  • A clear career path from Onboarding to Executive Level with defined milestones, objective criteria, and real upward mobility — no politics, no guesswork.
  • World‑class training, including Professional Sales Training, ICPI & NCMA certifications, and Paver Pete PK/SK product knowledge programs.
  • A data‑driven sales culture powered by Power BI and CRM — a methodology that creates top performers, not just lucky ones.
  • Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and a company that invests in your growth.
  • A leadership team that is genuinely excited to open this region — you'll have their attention and full support from day one.
  • Own your territory

Build and execute a structured weekly plan across Denver, Salt Lake City, and surrounding markets — targeting contractors, builders, and dealer partners with precision.

  • Drive contractor demand

Get on job sites, educate installers, support project execution, and become the name contractors call first when they think hardscape.

  • Grow the dealer network

Train dealer staff, keep displays brand‑sharp, and ensure your partners have everything they need to win business — from samples and catalogs to marketing muscle.

  • Hunt new business relentlessly

Use data, CRM insights, and competitive intelligence to find opportunities others miss. This region is wide open — there’s ground to take.

  • Show up and follow through

Maintain 40+ CRM‑logged touches per week, attend trade shows and events, and build a reputation for being the most responsive, knowledgeable rep in the market.

What Makes You a Strong Fit
  • 2+ years of experience selling into a dealer network OR direct experience in hardscape or building materials — whether selling or installing.
  • A hunter's mentality — you don't wait for leads to find you, you go find them.
  • Strong relationship instincts — you can read a room, build trust fast, and keep it long‑term.
  • Data fluency — you use CRM, Excel, and Power BI to sharpen strategy, not just check a box.
  • Mountain Region ties — existing relationships in Denver, Salt Lake City, or surrounding markets are a serious competitive advantage.
  • Post‑secondary education and a strong, ambitious, can‑do attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and the drive to spend meaningful time in the field, where the real work happens.

(Don’t check every box? If you’ve got the hustle and the mindset, we’ll train the rest.)
