Role Overview

NiCE is looking for a SMB Account Executive to exceed revenue quotas through the generation of new sales in contact center related products and immediate response to informational requests for NiCE CX. Candidates will qualify prospective customers and sell on the exceptional value of the NiCE CX suite of solutions, leveraging all sales channels and partnering when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas of new revenue generated through the sale of NiCE CX software, voice, and data products to small and medium sized businesses.
  • Qualify leads from inbound informational requests and appropriately follow up or route them to direct sales representatives, VARs, or agents outside of territory.
  • Develop new opportunities within the assigned territory through networking, cold calling, partner engagement, follow‑up with past prospects, and other activities.
  • Create go‑to‑market strategies and manage a regional sales territory, building, maintaining, and maximizing a sales pipeline.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales.
  • Solid understanding of needs analysis sales process.
  • Experience with contact management software.
  • 1–2 years selling AI software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and applications.
Preferred Experience
  • Software‑related sales background.
  • Experience in VoIP‑related technology.
