The Campo Insurance Agency is looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Producer to join our team in Ogden, UT. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll acquire new clients by selling Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Life insurance.

What you'll earn:
Base salary plus uncapped commission. Top producers earn $66,000+ in their first year. The harder you work, the more you make — there's no ceiling here.

• Make inbound calls daily to generate new business
• Sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and complementary insurance products
• Acquire 20+ new households or write $50,000+ in P&C premium per month
• Build and maintain referral partnerships in the local community
• Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
  
  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent The Campo Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity

• P&C insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain one quickly)
• Proven sales experience — insurance, financial services, or high-volume outbound sales preferred
• Positive, high-energy personality
• Self-motivated and intrinsically driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Coachable and open to constructive feedback
• Honest with strong integrity
• Resourceful problem-solver
• Must be able to work in-office in Ogden, UT
• Authorized to work in the United States
