Starlink Sales Specialist

Job Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) (Seasonal).

In partnership with Starlink, 2020 Companies is hiring part‑time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products to shoppers. Pay: $18/hr base plus up to $4/hr bonus, total up to $22/hr.

Schedule:

16‑20 hours per week, Friday to Sunday availability required. Dates: 7/27/26 – 11/01/26.

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services, showcasing how they enhance internet needs.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Starlink service.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and friendliness, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically, and submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Work a consistent weekend schedule:
  Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Adapt to local retail store environments, respecting hierarchies and operational policies while representing 2020 Companies and Starlink.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with current iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
