Account Executive – General Responsibilities
- Source new customers through outbound efforts and by attending industry trade shows.
- Upsell existing clients.
- Own and manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships of trust with university pre‑health advisors and student pre‑med clubs.
- Plan, advertise, execute, and present dynamic live sales presentations.
- Execute structured outbound campaigns using multi‑touch and multi‑modal go‑to‑market cadences across phone, email, Linked In, and approved sales acceleration platforms.
- Run the entire pre‑sales cycle (cold calling, email outreach, inbound reply handling, etc.).
- Generate opportunities by utilizing a variety of sales techniques.
- Utilize a solution approach to selling and create value for clients.
- Drive sales and revenue growth within enterprise‑level accounts.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Understand business objectives and effectively sell the company's services.
