Market Staris seeking aClient
Partner to join us in our Ogden, UT locationrepresentingX (Formerly Twitter). In this role, you will work with existing advertisers to proactively manage partnerships, ensuring client contacts aresatisfied,and their businessobjectivesare met using theclientsplatform’s advertising solutions. Your role is to translate clientobjectivesinto high-impact strategies on the platform while consistently meeting revenue goals.
Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid
What Will You Do?- Lead a customer outreach process that will include phone calls, emails, and VC meetings with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships through the onboarding process.
- Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertisingspendon the platform.
- Own the full sales cyclefromidentifyinggrowth opportunities to closing increased commitments with small to mid-size businesses.
- Follow best practices for setting up campaigns, including recommended flight durations, budget allocations, and creative strategies, to ensuremaximumclient success.
- Use data to manage, review, and report onpipelineto manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets.
- Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored advertising solutions to clients.

Starpeers and leadership. - Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Internally and externallyprovidecustomer sentiment insightsincluding product feedback, key industry learnings, etc.
- Adhere to advertising policies and guidelines and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Maintainaccuraterecordsof all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and competitor activities toidentifynew opportunities.
- Proven track recordin sales or account management, preferable in a B2B digital advertising or technology environment.
- Strongresultsorientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Excellent time management and project organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Able to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred.
- Proficiency with using
Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites. - Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
- High levelof motivation and a proactive approach to work.
