Job Overview
Security Operations - Activity Security Representative (ASR) Level I. Clearances:
Must currently possess Top Secret/SCI; must be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI + Polygraph. US citizenship required.
- Provide day-to-day security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
- Review classification of inbound and outbound correspondence.
- Maintain document accountability database and logging.
- Process and destroy classified mail and magnetic media.
- Support reproduction of classified materials.
- Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files and electronic data file transfers.
- Maintain customer database and contact listings.
- Process visit notices and manage visitor logs.
- Escort facility visitors, conduct inspections, and maintain visitor control logs.
- Prepare facility access control badges and support access control entry systems.
- Enter data into Personnel Access Security System database; maintain billets and quota information.
- Maintain personnel security files and enforce Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide support for security awareness and education programs.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as directed by contractor site lead and/or Senior Security Representative.
Required:
0+ years of experience; SAP experience desirable. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate’s degree in a related area acceptable.
Security Clearance:
Current TS/SCI. Ability to obtain TS/SCI + Polygraph.
Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) and Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) count towards experience. Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 3 years.
Likely salary range: $64,230 - $83,950, based on experience and location.
