As a key player in our 24/7/365 operations, you are the digital guardian of the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN). You won't just be "fixing tech"—you'll be hunting faults, isolating root causes, and restoring vital communication lines that span the globe. From troubleshooting complex routing issues to coordinating with international service providers, you are the link between a problem and a solution.

• Take ownership of the Service Now environment, triaging tickets and providing expert feedback to keep the mission moving.
• Perform deep-dive fault analysis and incident correlation. When an alarm hits, you're the one who finds the "why" and "how" to fix it.
• Provide situational awareness to senior leadership and customers, ensuring every stakeholder from the base to the Pentagon knows the status of the network.
• Work hands-on with a massive array of tech:
  Cisco, Juniper, MSPP, DWDM, Optical Switching, and Crypto devices.
• Shape the next generation by training junior controllers and evaluating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to make the team faster and smarter.

• Active Secret Security Clearance (must be eligible for Top Secret).
• DoD-8570 IAT Level II (Security+ CE or equivalent) is required to start.
• High School Diploma with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience.
• Proven background in alarm surveillance, fault management, or LAN maintenance.
