Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license.

You will support access activity, assist employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service with agility, reliability, teamwork, innovation, and integrity.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors in accordance with site policies and posted instructions.

+ Observe equipment areas, loading and shipping zones, and restricted locations for potential hazards, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, then communicate findings through appropriate reporting channels.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + EMT certification is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
