Response Security Officer

Garda World Security Services U.S. is hiring a Response Security Officer to protect people, property, and critical operations for commercial, industrial, and government clients. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you will respond to incidents, patrol facilities, control access, and monitor alarms and CCTV systems. You will enforce site policies, complete detailed reports, and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and directed patrols of client facilities and grounds
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Control access to sites, verify credentials, and manage visitor entry
• Monitor CCTV, alarm, and security systems for suspicious activity
• Enforce site rules, policies, and safety procedures
• Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, or EMS when required
• Support crowd control, perimeter security, and special assignments
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with post orders
