Bank Flex Security Officer

Garda World Security Services U.S. is hiring a Bank Flex Security Officer to protect bank branches and facilities across varied locations. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you will conduct patrols, monitor entrances and security systems, respond to incidents, and enforce safety and access control procedures. Officers support branch operations by deterring crime, assisting staff and customers, and documenting events clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Protect bank branches, facilities, and assets across multiple locations
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to deter crime and safety risks
• Monitor entrances, access points, and security systems or alarms
• Enforce access control procedures and verify identification as required
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies following company protocols
• Assist bank staff and customers with security-related needs and directions
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in detailed reports
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, dispatch, and client representatives
• Follow post orders, regulatory requirements, and company policies at all times
• Support a professional, customer-focused environment while maintaining safety
